This regulation aims to guarantee  the protection of data of individuals from all EU Member States and to harmonize the regulations for data processing. PACHICO.NET operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Grounds for collection, processing and storage of your personal data

Article 1. (1) PACHICO.NET (Pachico EOOD) collects and processes your personal data in connection with the provision of services, sale of goods in real and virtual space and conclusion of contracts with the company on the grounds of Article 6, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and in particular on the following basis:

Your explicit consent obtained from you as our customer;

Fulfillment of the obligations of Pachico EOOD under a contract with you;

Compliance with a legal obligation applicable to Pachico EOOD for the purposes of the legitimate interest of Pachico EOOD.

(2) Pachico EOOD is a data controller regarding your personal data in your capacity as a user of our services / goods. Regarding the personal data that you process using our online shop, PACHICO.NET acts as a personal data processor.

Goals and principles in collection, processing and storage of your personal data

Article 2 (1) PACHICO.NET collects and processes the personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our online shop and for concluding a contract with the company, as well as for registration for participation in our events, including for the following purposes:

creating a profile and providing the full functionality for selling our products online;

individualisation of a contracting party;

registration of a participant in an event organized by Pachico EOOD;

accounting purposes;

statistical purposes;

protection of information security;

ensuring the implementation of the contract for the provision of the respective service / product;

sending information messages, messages about changes in the service / available products, recommendations for improving the use of the platform / the products, new and upgraded subscription plans, promotions, etc.;

What types of personal data does collect, process and store РАСНIСО.NЕТ ?

Article 3. (1) PACHICO.NET performs the following operations upon personal data for the following purposes:

User registration on the website and fulfillment of a products / services sales contract. The purpose of this operation is, that the user provide us with its Name, Email, Phone, City / Town, Company Name, so that we would be able to process user´s inquiry for products from our online shop PACHICO.NET.

By accepting the terms of use when sending an order via our online shop or by phone, the Customer / User agrees to the terms of use. Based on the above-mentioned impact assessment, the data protection officer considers the operation “Concluding a goods / services supply contract” admissible and provides sufficient guarantees to protect the rights and legitimate interests of data subjects in compliance with the requirements of GDPR.

Conclusion and execution of a trade transaction with a client or partner: the purpose of this operation is concluding and executing a contract with a trade partner or client and the contract administration.

Sending information messages: the purpose of this activity is to administer the process of sending messages to customers regarding improvements or changes in services / products.

Sending a newsletter: the purpose of this operation is to administer the process of sending newsletters to customers who have expressed a wish to receive such information.

(2) PACHICO.NET processes the following categories of personal data and information for the following purposes and on the following grounds:

Personal data: Your identifying details (name and surname, e-mail, country, phone number)

The data are collected for the purpose of:

1) User registration;

2) Contacting the user and sending information to him, and – if requsted – sending newsletters and advertising messages.

Grounds for processing your personal data: By accepting the general conditions and registration on the website and purchasing a service / product, a contractual relationship is created between PACHICO.NET and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data – Article 6 paragraph 1 (b) GDPR.

The provisions of the Bulgarian legislation in force shall apply to all issues not settled hereby.

The website automatically tracks and collects the following technical information: IP address, user’s internet provider, server domain, country and location, type and version of the browser used when visiting the site, screen resolution and technical information, date and time of site visit, incoming address of the user, sections of visited pages.
